The dark side of the nun!
I have changed my mind, reintroducing the normal Pope, scratching the idea of the Mc Pope. Now, it is normal, the imagine still representing Pope Ratzinger. I was trying to achieve a more "evil" image, in order to do that I've ad more shadows around the eyes, leaving just one point in the middle of the dark to represent his eye. I've also noticed, studying Banksy arts, that he use to put a little bit of colour sometimes in order to give volumes to his drawn, I also try to achieve that using mask on a first layer in order to change the opacity in different zones and with different percentage. For the outline, and the dark line which features Banksy work, I have used another layer, in order to not affect it with the mask. I also add a new layer with another outline, just for the face in order to have more shadows and make the Pope look evil. I also played with the saturation on the gold object, in order to highlight them, and the hypocrisy that they, in my opinion, represent. The next step will probably trying it on a wall, I was thinking the wall of the church, just to be even more disrespectful than I already am. For trying of course I mean take a picture of the wall and photoshop-it.

HP: Expeliarmus!!! Me: Oh, shut the fuck up Harry!
I m still working on the project even if I haven't wrote on the blog for like 10-12 days. I was sick, and I'm still a little bit. I've seen Harry Potter for the first time yesterday night and, I'll try to say it in the most manly way, was pretty awesome. And so I'm starting to work on the idea, what if I use Harry or another important and recognizable actor from the (really long) saga to say my line?. I dunno, I want to have more ideas to show to J. Or I can make a bunch of them saying all the same sentence. The thing is that in this case the picture would make laugh ma it wouldn't have a deeper meaning, differently fomr all the stuff that Banksy does. I'll still planning it. I dunno the MC Pope kinda bored me already, which is not the effect that Banksy art have on people.

The Hero with Thousands Faces
Even if I think that the MC Pope could be a cool idea, I dunno if it is able to transmit the message as well as if it would have the normal pope face. Moreover, is Ronald Mc donald the right testimonial? Could I put other people? Mickey Mouse, Berlusconi... Morgan Freeman himself? I actually trying to find recognizable faces from a bunch of different fields. Still a long road ahead me.I think I could actually have finished with the MC Pope idea, but I'm not too fully convinced.

Science or Zienze?
At start I wanted to put the sentence with a really easy to spot german accent. Now that I've changed the face from Ratzinger (pope of nowadays) into the one of equally fame Ronald MC Donald,
I don't know if it still work the german accent, surely I don't expect a comment by my many followers (which are none). The differences between the photo is very little:

Still tons of doubt, and I'll be honest, I want a fucking 1st class this time!

MC Pope?
I was planning around with the ideas, and I started to do something on photoshop, just to see if some ideas where realizable, and this is what came out!
I wonder now if it easy to understand, and if make sense for people. I wanted to highlight a fact that I realized yesterday night (while I was kinda tipsy after a bday party), Church looks like a proper multinational, like Mc donald and so on. In fact it does get rich thanks to people that believe in that, the figure of Ronald MCdonald is just to represent the multinational company. Surely it needs to be finished, lot of work on it and see if the whole works properly.
Does that book teach you more than the Bible?
Finally, after few weeks, I was able to get the Banksy book "Wall and Piece". What I think about it? Well I think that this book is a lot deeper than I thought, and that Banksy must be really cultured. In his book there are lots of references to historical fact, he really know his stuff. References from letter of english soldier, and the way all the book is based is comedy, and with other sentences brake the stereotypes of the society, and as well the way of thinking that generally people use. As he said in his book, I'm sure he "Think from outside the box, collapse the box and take a fucking sharp knife to it." Also all the visuals were astonishing. I think this book is able to teach to the reader more about the modern society and his focus on money, appearance and injustice far more better than everything I put my hand on at the moment. Its directness and its simplicity deliver the message at the light-speed. I really enjoyed reading it, this book change the way in which Banksy looked to me, I see him under a different light now, a more awesome one.

Carry on my wayward son
A ne problem occur to me during the night. I have now problem with the fact to implement two different messages in the image, the one about the hypocrisy of the pope and the problem with the child abuse. I have started to wonder if, the fact that I implement two messages have the opposite effect of what I want. It could happen in fact that, instead of giving a stronger meaning and message to the image, the double message, would make them both weaker. I'm gonna have a chat with John about it on friday. I have the sensation that, the kid in the image would make just confusion, it would work good if both of the message worked alone, but if John will agree with me on the fact that the kid make the message weaker I'll take him (the kid) out, because the sentence is the assignment.
